Hope Makers Organization for Woman (HMOW) Celebrates International Women’s Day with Inspiring Sessions in Sinjar

On International Women’s Day, HMOW conducted four empowering sessions in Qadisya Garden, Sinjar, aimed at fostering hope, resilience, and well-being among women. The event provided a safe space for reflection, self-expression, and relaxation, engaging 15 participants in meaningful activities.

The sessions included:

Hope Session – A discussion on the importance of hope and its role in overcoming challenges.

Trees and Words Session – Participants wrote powerful and empowering words for women and hung them on a tree, symbolizing strength and growth.

Role-Playing Activity – Encouraging self-confidence and problem-solving through interactive storytelling and role-play.

Yoga Session – Highlighting the importance of relaxation and comfort in difficult times, promoting mental and physical well-being.

As a gesture of appreciation and solidarity, roses were presented to all participants, celebrating their strength and contributions to their communities.
