16 Days of Activism campaign

06/12 /2024 - As part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign, Hope Makers Organization for Woman (HMOW), in partnership with Harikar NGO and with funding from UNFPA Iraq, collaborated with the Hatimiyah Youth Volunteer Group to raise awareness on "Combating Violence Against Women" in Al Hatimiya village in the southern Sinjar district. Activities included an interactive session where participants dipped their hands in orange paint—the campaign's color theme—to symbolize solidarity, along with a lecture for women on the topic of violence against.
